Salah satu syarat utama penerima insentif bagi guru honorer adalah beban mengajar minimal 24 jam
Tahun ini Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) mengalokasikan anggaran untuk insentif para guru honorer mencapai Rp 389 miliar. Alokasi anggaran insentif bagi guru non Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tersebut diperuntukkan bagi 108 ribu guru. Salah satu syarat utama penerima insentif adalah beban mengajar minimal 24 jam.
